This spring unit unpressing machine is the equipment being widely used for unbaling compressed bonnel-spring units. It is designed to safely hand spring-unit unbaling which generates giant counterforce by screw-feeding structure. The machine is simple to operate and easy to maintain.

The machine consists of main framework, motor, reducer, vertical frame, upper and lower platforms, etc. The main motor drives the rotation of two big feeding screws through reducer, chains and bevel gears. The upper platform can then move up to process unbaling and down to recover its position. There are ling swithes on vertical frame to curb the upper and lower moving limits of the upper platform.
